For agencies
Every client brand, run to its own rules.
Each client brand gets its own Brain, policy and autonomy level, and can have its own publishing apps. Your team handles the exceptions, not every post for every client.
What gets in the way
- Every new client adds hours of posting
- Voices blur when one team writes for many clients
- A post goes out on the wrong client’s account
- Approvals wait in chats and email threads
How AKETRA helps
A Brain for each client
Each client brand has its own voice, audience, offers and the claims it never makes.
Kept apart, down to the apps
A client brand can publish through its own developer apps. A channel connected through another brand’s app is flagged, and AKETRA’s actions on it wait for a person.
Autonomy per client
Run one client at Operate and another at Recommend, each with its own daily limit.
A record of every action
Who or what proposed it, what the Guard found, who approved it and what happened.
Questions
- Can clients approve posts themselves?
- Not yet. Admins in your workspace approve actions, and every decision is recorded, so you can answer a client’s questions about what went out and why.
- How is pricing counted?
- Per operated brand, not per seat or post. Prices are published before sign-up opens.
- Can a client use its own developer apps?
- Yes. A brand can publish through its own apps, so its reviews, quotas and reputation stay its own. App credentials are encrypted before they’re stored.
