Autonomy
Autonomy you set per brand, and can take back.
Each brand has its own level, from Observe to Operate, and its own daily limit. Brands start at Recommend, and only admins change the level.
- AKETRA
- Proposes posts and actions.
- You
- Approve each one before anything happens.
Each brand keeps its own level, and you can move it back at any time.

Sample brands and data
The four levels
- 1
Observe
AKETRA proposes nothing to publish. Its ideas arrive as opportunities for you to read.
- 2
Recommend
AKETRA proposes posts, and an admin approves, edits or rejects each one before anything happens.
- 3
Prepare
Posts that pass the Guard go into the calendar as drafts. Your team finishes and schedules them.
- 4
Operate
Posts that pass the Guard are scheduled within the daily limit, or drafted where a channel needs more than text. Anything held waits for an admin.
What stays with you
- Only admins change a brand’s level or decide on its actions
- A daily limit, from 1 to 50, applies at Prepare and Operate; past it, actions wait for an admin
- AKETRA plans when your team asks, up to three posts at a time
- Every decision records who made it
Questions
- Which level should we start with?
- Recommend, the default. Raise it when the Brain and the policy are right, one brand at a time.
- Does AKETRA post on a schedule by itself?
- No. It plans when someone on your team asks, or through the API. At Operate, the posts from that plan are scheduled, or drafted where a channel needs more than text, without waiting for approval.
- What happens at the daily limit?
- Further actions that day wait for an admin, as if the brand were at Recommend.
