Signals
It tells you what needs you, plainly.
Signals gather on each brand’s home: a post that failed, a draft to finish, a channel to reconnect, a gap in the Brain. Most clear themselves once the cause is fixed.
- Critical: A post to LinkedIn failed to publish
- Warning: Instagram needs an image: finish the post in the calendar
- Warning: X needs signing in again
- Warning: A channel is connected through another brand’s app
- Information: The Brand Brain has no audience yet
- Idea: An idea for Thursday: the terrace at sunset

What stays with you
- Signals about channels, apps and the Brain clear themselves once the cause is fixed
- Anyone on the team can dismiss a signal; it comes back only if its cause does
- Each brand’s home shows what needs you first
- The outcome of every post AKETRA created is recorded: published with its link, failed, or withdrawn
Questions
- Does AKETRA report likes and reach?
- Not yet. It records whether each post went out, with its link, and counts what was published and what failed over the last 30 days.
- How often are signals checked?
- Each time the brand’s home is opened, in the app or through the API.
- What happens to a post that needs an image?
- AKETRA writes text. On channels that need an image or video, such as Instagram or TikTok, it leaves a draft and a signal, so your team can add one.
